Who Is The Biggest Babe of the 2008 US Open

  1. Sarah Woods says :

OMG dude, that is totally insane. I get the sudden urge to take up tennis as a new sport! Wow!

  2. Stephen says :

So… Only white women are hot… Hummmmmm….. Bet white pubescent
    boys made these picks…..

    Get real….

  3. Clifford Prout says :

Are you telling me that there were no HOT girls of COLOR at the Olympics this year? Given that an overwhelming majority of the girls that you listed are WHITE and BLOND, it seems to me that coedmagazine is run by a bunch of fucking nazis.

  4. Jim says :

Yeah, couldn’t you tell by all the swastikas?

  5. Editor says :

    RE: Clifford Prout

COED celebrates women period. All races, all colors. It just so happens that the majority of the sexiest athletes (In our opinion… and it is our blog last time i checked) at the US Open 2008 are of eastern European decent. We intentionally ommited the Willams sisters frm this list, because (and yes our opinion again) they have bulked up to such an extent that we do not find them SEXY.

It is certainly possible we may have overlooked an attractive ethnic tennis player -if that is the case we are happy to hear any specific suggestions of girls we might have missed. But your Nazi comment is unappreciated, unsubstantiated and just plain ignorant. Thank you… and come again.

  6. ty says :

    Come on,

You gotta include Sania Mirza in there.

  7. James says :

Stop making everything into a race issue. Ever watch tennis? Pretty much all the women tennis players are white so what do you expect a list like that to look like? Don’t say the William sisters? Anyone who would list The Williams sisters on a hot list have no taste. They look like DUDES. they are great tennis players but they are not attractive whatsoever. It’s a good list and Maria Kirilenko is my favorite

  8. Scorpiious says :

Yeah, james is right. At first it may seem like a race thing, but then again. There aren’t many asian or african tennis players. And the ones who exist aren’t very good looking.

If it were another sport, then yes. Its debateable.

  9. james says :

Venus is manly, I’ll give you that, but Serena is definitely above-average with make-up on. Half these ugly russian skanks are butterfaced anyways. No asians, no Americans, boring taste in women.

  10. Hantuchova says :

How is Jelena Jankovic on the list and Maria Sharapova is not? Or Bethanie Mattek? Or Ashley Harkleroad? Patty Schnyder? etc.

I understand the Williams decision and I don’t think there is intentional racism, but there are certainly many non-white players hotter than Jelena Jankovic in the top 100 rankings. How about: Chan Yung-Jan (Taiwan); Jie Zheng & Zi Yan (China); Sania Mirza (India); Gisela Dulko (Argentina); Anne Keothavong (England but ethnically Laos).

Venus and Serena are the only two high ranked black players. I think it goes from Venus at 8 to Ahsha Rolle at 146. Angela Haynes, Jamea Jackson, Mashona Washington aren’t bad looking, but I don’t know that they’re hot. I think Asia Muhammed is still under 18, but may be something for the future.

  11. Hantuchova says :

Can’t edit, but I guess Sharapova and Harkleroad aren’t at this year’s US Open, but still there are tons of players hotter than Jankovic who are

  12. MacDude says :

Sorry, guys veiled attempt to cover your racism. You looked for an “excuse” to eliminate the Williams sisters. You use “bulking up” yet Venus is thin and Stosur (who she beat) clearly has bigger more muscular arms. Also there are tons of pictures on the net showing how hot and sexy both women are. Let’s face it, your list is without merit or based on any thing but your own limited prejudices.

  13. Tools says :

Wow you people are tools, arguing about racism. You have been brain washed by American liberals.

Not one of the girls are from America. Do you honestly think that there a lot of black people outside of America and Africa? Let alone playing tennis from those countries? America’s demographics are vastly different than other countries because of the ‘meling pot’ metaphor.

It’s just simple percentages my friends. When affirmative action is not in play it just shows the true numbers. Sorry.

  14. Indy says :

People are just looking to bring up stupid arguments whenever they can. Coed didn’t say the hottest girls of the olympics…they didn’t say in ALL of tennis…they said this year’s US Open…Get a life everyone who calls the editors racists…

  15. maikeru76 says :

    Yowza!,

GREAT list and them Slavic women are THE prettiest white girls around bar none!

    c”,

  16. bayan says :

lol the replies to this article are awesome

  17. Jo Schmo says :

Understand why the W sisters aren’t on the list. Regardless of race, they are just too masculine.

However, admit it, if you got the chance to slide your spazztirecup inside Venus/Serena’s butterscotchjamblabber you would take it, yes?

  18. drawman says :

Yawn…here we go again, when all else fails use the race card. I always said it would go to the other extreme. Now whites aren’t allowed to say or do anything. Does anyone complain about the MOBO awards? isn’t that racist?

  19. J.R. says :

    The Aryan Open?

  20. RJM says :

It simply is a shame that a few knuckleheads have to make this a race thing not to mention the NAZI comments.

The person initiating the NAZI comment as well as the others who played along need to realize that 2 of 18 were from germany and that ZERO of 18 are from the US. Maybe this list has a reflection on the dietary habits of the various continents of this earth. The women representing the countries in this list include a higher percent of physical activity in their normal daily routines instead of sipping cokes, eating hamburgers while driving their SUV’s. They walk, bike it etc etc.
WAKE up instead of trying to find A CONFLICT

  21. Adam says :

Wow! dude, come and Check gothiclover.com

  22. Nomad says :

The problem is there are plenty of good looking women of color. Its just that if you have a bunch of guys whose taste skews toward caucasion looks this whats gonna happen. The only way a woman of color is gonna make the list is if she has some kind of features that make her look white. And to the poster that mentioned Black people outside of Africa or the U.S. Brazil has a larger population of people of African descent than the U.S.

  23. Jason says :

All sexy looking women but what about the most sexiest one there is Maria Sharapova she is missing
    from the list

  24. 2sexy4tennis says :

Half of those girls are ugly. Jankovic at the top? She is the ugliest on that list and uglier than half the world population. Sherapova should top that list, your current #1 doesn’t deserve the spot.

  25. nina says :

    SHARAPOVA IS NUMBER 1

  26. Bryan Paul says :

the German girl Nicole is very beautiful and super sexy looking…chick…

  27. schopfheim says :

Because of the missing of Sharapova, I would say Ivanovic or maybe Hantuchova, but rather Ivanovic.

  28. Joe Goldman says :

Seriously - the Williams Sister belong on National Geographic.com not Coedmagazine.com. They are ugly beasts

  29. hoyt says :

They are a bunch of babes here alright, but Bethanie Mattek wins the body contest. HANDS DOWN!!!
