What the hell is "13gb", what's it mean?
13gb as in "Thirteen gigabytes". It doesn't mean anything just wanted to have a short URL, thought of it one night while on the can.
Why didn't you post the link I submitted?

Why do I get "Another Hotlink Attempt Foiled" when I watch a video?
To thwart people from hot linking our media files, Adjacent requests made to the server must be made from the same ip. You are most likely behind what's called a proxy which your isp has setup; it uses a shared pool of ip addresses for each request made to the outside world. Although this is perfectly legitimate http protocol, it is extremely uncommon and not very friendly to websites. There is nothing you can do on your end except change isps which isn't really practical in most circumstances.
